Who We Are

Skills Development Navigator is a charismatic non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people in developing countries. Founded on the belief that every young person deserves access to quality skills training and meaningful opportunities, we bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement for youth who face systemic barriers to economic participation.

To empower young people in developing countries with market-relevant skills, personalised guidance, and sustainable opportunities that enable them to achieve economic independence and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

A world where every young person in developing countries has the skills, confidence, and opportunities to build a prosperous and self-sufficient future, regardless of their starting point.

Impact At Scale

We have trained over 300 youth, provided more than 200 refurbished computers to schools and mission organisations, and created several employment opportunities.

The Beginning

Founded with a vision to bridge the skills gap for youth in developing nations. Started with a project called Dream Alive Club in Benin Republic

Expansion

Expanded to 3 countries and launched our mentorship program, connecting youth with industry professionals.

She is the Chairperson of Skills Development Navigator and the Director of Abundance Private School in Cotonou.

- Benjamin C Eke

He is the founder and president of Skills Development Navigator. He is a passionate teacher, pastor, and mentor.

- Alberic Nounagnon

Currently serves as the Assistant Director of Skills Development Navigator and has been a Human Rights Ambassador since 2019.

- Morine Murimi

She Is the Secretary and Communications Director for Skills Development Navigator.
